1 Potato That’s Been Boiled and Smashed

Some Pomegranate Seeds (You Can Decide)

Some Grapes Cut in Half (Only If You Like)

1 Spoon of Tamarind Chutney

½ Spoon of Green Chutney (It’s a Bit Spicy)

A Bunch of Fresh Cilantro Leaves, Chopped

½ Teaspoon of Chaat Masala

Some Sev and Puris (Only If You Want)
How to make it:

Take a big bowl and put in the crunchy, puffy rice, juicy tomato pieces, chopped onion, small cucumber bits, mashed potato, and, if you like, pomegranate seeds and grape halves.

Drizzle the sweet tamarind chutney and zingy green chutney all over it.

Sprinkle the chopped cilantro and magic chaat masala over everything for extra yum.
